Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased on faceplace.com and will refund your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Please accompany your return with a copy of your website receipt, an explanation of why you are returning it and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure a quick and trackable delivery.
