Tony's Tips - Our favorite at-home skin remedies
If you want your skin to glow with health, a good choice is ground almonds. You usually associate ground almonds with exfoliation however this nut has plenty of natural oil. Create a paste of ground almonds and milk. About 15 minutes before you head to the shower, apply almond paste as a scrub for your body and leave it on to allow the oil to soak in, then wash it off in the shower.
Minimize dark circles by applying crushed mint leaves to the under-eye area and leave on for 20 minutes. You can also mix your foundation with a good moisturizer like the Face Place Cell Regenerator for both coverage and moisture.
HONEY & OIL
Prepare a face mask for dry skin by mixing together one teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of olive oil, one egg and a few drops of water. Apply it twice a week, rinse off with lukewarm water, and enjoy your newly moisturized skin!
