Clinic Policies

  1. Scheduling: Appointments are recommended. If we have a Face Place technician available we will be happy to accommodate you. A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments.
  2. Late Arrivals: Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your treatment. We will always try our best to accommodate a late arrival; however, your treatment may have to be modified in order to end on time. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled treatment, you will be considered a “no show” and charged for 100% of the treatment fee.
  3. Cancellations: Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring 100% of the treatment fee or voiding gift certificates.
  4. Product Returns: Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for another product or product, or give you a credit toward a future product purchase.
  5. Payment: Face Place accepts: cash, Visa, MasterCard Discover and American Express. Payment by check is not accepted.
  6. Gratuities: Gratuities are at your discretion and cannot be added to your credit card.
  7. Valuables: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.


Most orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days only) of your order being received (processing time does not include weekend and holidays). Orders are shipped on business days only (Tuesday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Face Place regrets it cannot ship outside the continental USA, to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO. All orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipping Charges are calculated by weight and final destination of the package as well as method chosen. We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $100.

Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it; choosing Next Day Air does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.

In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of UPS delivery you wish.

Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased on and will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Please accompany your return with a copy of your website receipt, an explanation of why you are returning it and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure a quick and trackable delivery.
